In my 20 gallon QT I have an orange back fairy, kamohara Blenny, and 3 red spot cardinals. The fish have been through the following treatments:

-30 Days Coppersafe at 2.0
-14 Days of Hypo at 1.009
-3 Day Treatments off Quickqure 1ml per 10 gallons. Doing a second treatment now.
-10 Days of Metro

There is nothing else I can treat them for and have to make the decision to throw them in display and hope it stops or just put them down. What would you do?

Any pictures of the fish to help? You could try a freshwater dip for gill flukes

Visually the fish have no symptoms spots or anything. Nothing turned up on repeated freshwater dips.

I'd say you are good to go. The only things you haven't prophylactically addressed are:
  1. Bacterial infection (should have shown up by now)
  2. Internal parasites/intestinal worms (should be seeing white stringy poo if either are present)
