I picked up an RKE controller today with 3 power strips.

I had a question about to use them with my APC UPS backup.

Worth mentioning, I use these GFCI adapter for everything plugged into the APC ( http://www.homedepot.com/p/Tower-Ma...gclid=CJ6v4L_BldMCFYcvgQodgiQKnQ&gclsrc=aw.ds )

Would I be ok going:

APC > GFCI adapter > Power Bar > Plug w/e into power bar

OR Should I do:

APC > Power Bar > GFCI Adapter > Plug w/e into the GFCI adapter

What do you think? Reason its like this due to apartment outlet not being GFCI.

The way I understand it is, GFCI will protect everything down stream of the load side. So if you plug into the GFCI with the power bar every thing plugged into it will be protected.
