So I am building a cabinet to mount my Apex and other equipment. I have curious to what people use to mount their phones or iPads they are using for display. I've got a couple of Jebao controllers I need to mount as well. Also what are people doing for power bricks

Thanks in advance!

3D printed mounts can be hunted down, heck you could ask around in the 3D printing thread and see If anyone will print a mount for you. You can get printed power brick mounts as well that use velcro straps to hold the bricks to the mounts, lots of options out there

I've used Velcro strips to mount to anything. Put the soft/felt side on back of tablet, the hook side of strip on where you are mounting it. Makes it easy to remove the tablet if needed.

I would be skeptical about using a magnet for a tablet with any memory storage. You could end up killing your tablet.

I use these for the tablet mounts

Koala Tablet Wall Mount Dock by Dockem: for iPad Air/Mini/Pro, Samsung Galaxy Tab/Note, Nexus 7/10, and More (Black Brackets, Screw-in Version)

That doesnt apply to phone or tablets. Nothing wrong with using neodymIum magnets for tablets/phones etc.

What do you use for the cabinet? Ikea is shut down (Pandemic) and I am in the process of rebuilding my sump area...I want to move my controllers to something to what you have. What are your dmenision? This is REALLY nice and inspirational.

If you like the white, just buy some melamine board and edge banding to cover the edges that you've trimmed. I have personally used A grade plywood scraps from other projects and then painted them for everything I've built under my tank including the controller board.
