Controller mounting board differences

I’m looking at some controller boards and found the adaptive reef and also the marine depot controller boards. They look identical to me. Does anyone know the difference?

This looks like a good solution. I'm about to try painted plywood screwed into 2x4s which I'll screw into the studs. It should be easy enough to create cutouts in plywood and it will be cheap and sturdy.
