Lol not too easy I know this hobby goes. It seems the seneye system is 199 $ right or is that just the program? Im looking at around a 500$ budget thanks againI was good until I got to "easy on the wallet." That's not going to happen!
I am only aware of two systems that will monitor the parameters of your tank. The one that is currently available is Seneye, and that requires a new testing slide once a month. The other I believe is still in development, and is called Mindstream, which requires a new foil every 90 days.
The Seneye isn't cheap to purchase, and is costly in the monthly slide changes. I've got to believe the Mindsteam will demand a pretty hefty price as well.
Sorry to bust your wallet!

I didnt realize the apex controllers monitored water parameters this pleases meApex, but I'm partial since I have one and will never be without.![]()
What do you mean by that? Temp, pH, ORP, and salinity are possible, yes (with additional equipment for salinity). But things like Alk, Cal, Mg, PO4, etc are not possible with any controller.monitored water parameters

Alk cal ph mag ect. So no on the apexWhat do you mean by that? Temp, pH, ORP, and salinity are possible, yes (with additional equipment for salinity). But things like Alk, Cal, Mg, PO4, etc are not possible with any controller.
Ive been checking out the seneye system though and it seems to monitor them all but after the initial $200 its $11 a month for the slides. I am definitely interested in it but id like to hear from anyone who has actually used it.Also 11$ a month on the slides is disappointing might have to cancel netflix![]()

Agree 100% im almost sold on it just looking for any input from people who have used itYou have to remember the frequency that the device tests at. Even if you did one test of each element per day with regular test kits, it would cost much more than $11 a month.
