controlling radions

Alright, so I have never used a Ecotech Radion, so I am curious on how to control it.. I have the Neptune Apex($499 one), and no additional add ons.. With that said.. How can I control the light? Do I need to buy something seperate? Instead of using there pre set settings?

I have the pro version and I had to connect the usb cable to the light and my computer and log in to ecosmartlive.com in order to set up my lighting schedule. I've never used the buttons that are on the units themselves. You'll have to set up an ecosmartlive account first.

yeah the usb to radion is the easiest way. If you have a laptop or netbook its wicked fast. Or you could just get a reeflink... i love my reeflink and soon it will control my vortechs too.

Go to echotech's web site. Set up a user account with user name and password. Download the connection manager software. This basically connects your radion to your computer. Plug in your radion via usb, open up the connection manager. It will find your radion. Log on to echotech live with your user name and pass word and your good to go. Super easy. If you have an ipad or i-phone you will need to buy the witeless reeflink unit. It's basically a wireless dongle. There is a free app for your apple device you can get.
