Converting a wet dry filter to a sump

Hello everyone, I'm in need of you guys help on converting a eshopps wet dry filter into a sump hopefully you guys can point me in the right direction so I can start my journey into keeping corals. Thank You

Maybe explain what it is you want to do and what you are considering doing to it.
Maybe a bit of info about the tank this is going to get mated to and what kind of things you plan to keep in it.
 
Hey @Erick Quintanilla!!! Welcome to R2R. You definitely came to the right spot. Like Ron stated share some photos and more information about what exactly you are switching from and wanting to go to. Itll help narrow down a few things.
 
You can, the only problem I see is the baffling to control water level is not the same. The sumps is baffled to keep the skimmer section constant, and the return pump section can be different based on the baffling.

You could run a basic sump with a skimmer and pump if you get the level right or use a skimmer stand. The section where balls were u can use some mechanical type filtration like carbon
