Anyone ever try cooking frozen mysis. I bet I'd taste good fried or curried in a similar way to crab meat.
 
Yech. The consistency would just be so...mushy. I made coconut lime ginger frog legs a few months ago, and I suppose that type of coating could work. The frog legs had a firmer texture, though.
