Unforgettable moment working with a team of aquatic veterinarians from GA conducting health assessment on Nandi, a giant manta ray that was rescued from a fishing net in South Africa. It's incredible to me how they maintain the health of Nandi during exam and how she has been taught to swim into harness for assessment. Cool science and conservation in action! It reminds me of the manta rays I had the chance to see during my stay in Labuan Bajo at the Dive Tribe Komodo nautical club, an incredible experience.
