Cool reef tank aquascapes?

We decided to go down the 'bommie' route this time. We place all the rock work down the centre of the tank as its much easier for flow, detritus removal and catching fish if needed.
This is an early shot of the tank, the corals have somewhat covered the rocks now but this picture is when it was about 8 weeks old so you can see the rocks.

Looks terribly bare, this is what it looks like now.

Salty, how do you keep the sand so clean? Any tips or tricks?
I've only had setup for a couple of weeks. I do gently stir up sand when I'm in tank. Still have the fish and some more corals to go.

wow, only a couple weeks?!?! and you already dropping livestock like that in there! go big or go home, iguess
What you don't see is a sump with @25lbs. of LR from old tank in it, live sand. Started off slow to test levels as I went and everything is in check. Done this a couple of times.
