Cool Zoa Find

Found this really cool zoa today and cant find a name for it. I started looking but none seem to look exactly like it, any help would be great.

Is the skirt blue or is it the actinics skewing the color?

The skirt is white, with greenish yellow inside and s bright blue center. They are just gorgeous
