Cooling my power blocks

I have a pile of power blocks ; 7 total ; and I noticed they were very hot ; I became concerned so I put shims in between them and bought this nifty fan ! Works great !!!

I might be wrong on this but if you have the bricks in a holder that is too tight and does not allow for expansion when hot, that is bad as well.
 
I like to keep them OUT of the stand in an equipment cabinet. But the fan is a good idea - perhaps our equipment cabinets should have ventilation fans too.

I use Velcro straps, all of the side are open to expand. If your power supply is getting hot enough to be concerned about thermal expansion, then you have other issues related to current draw beyond the PSU's designed output
