Nothing crazy here, but I just want to share a tip for all of us with borderline temperature in the summer.
My reef is in a room West and the sun makes the room very hot in the summer, even with the AC on. Room is typically 84 in the afternoon.

We all know about evaporative cooling. I was using the following setup:
2 fans blowing onto the water in the sump
2 computer fan extracting heat from sump cabinet.

I have 3 radions inside a canopy, and it would get very hot in there. (open top, but poor air exchange)
180G

So I purchased on Amazon for $35, the quad fan things:

I installed that inside the canopy, blowing at the water, probably 15 inches above water.
Before install, I would reach 83.5-84 regularly.
Today, the temp in the room where the aquarium is is 84.
My water won't go higher than 82.6 !!

I know 82.5 is still on the hot side. But much better than 84...

So for those who cannot easily install a chiller like me... got for it !!
