Anyone have any experience or info on coopers Anthias they can share? My lfs has a group of them in and they look really nice but want to know more about them specially Hardiness, ease of care, aggression, etc. before considering them.
thanks In advance.

I’ve had them in the past. They aren’t a beginner Anthias and may need time to aclimate and begin to eat. They aren’t as hardy or aggressive as Bartlett’s and Lyretails, but they aren’t timid like Dispars, Flavos etc... they were pretty good eaters for me and no where near as difficult as my Purple Queens....if you were looking at the ones in AMA I know Andrew got them in a couple of weeks ago and are doing well. I have to add some nitrates to my frag tank so I was looking at them, but they’re to big so a got a few of the smaller Dispars...

Speaking of Anthias what do you think about the genus Odoanthias? The Borbonius is really pretty. Are they hardy and beginner friendly? Do they need multiple feedings a day?
