Copepod breeder tank

I just had the water checked and everything was great. Plus how would I go about doing a water change without losing a lot of my pods?

I use a 5 gallon bucket with an airstone. No heater. No light. No issues. I feed flakes to the water twice a week and use Phyto feast. Haven't had an issue at all. Works well.

Run the water you are removing through a pod sieve and rise the pods back into your breeding tank with the fresh water you are adding.
