Hello all. Recently one of my friends gave me a crab of his that was bothering his coral. I’m not at the coral stage yet so I figured it’d be a great fit for my tank. I was looking at my tank and I noticed some white dots on my glass. He has a copepod buildup in his tank, and I was just curious if there was any way the crab could bring the copepods to my tank? Here are some pictures to clarify.

Transferring anything from one tank to another can always leave room for contamination. It's possible some copepods hitched a ride or they entered the tank by some other means . With out a micro shot or video it's hard to tell exactly what they are
