I recently quarantined all of my fish due to ich outbreak.

with no predators it seems my copepods and other weird bugs, bristleworms and others? Are exploding in population.

there must be 100 of these little bugs that look like mites in a 2x2 inch area. There must be thousands overall. Kind of dark, small and roundish? Run around really fast on the sand. Here is video. Are they ok? Good bad neutral? Thanks!
