Copepods DOA - Reefcleaners.org

Anyone else have trouble with Reefcleaners.org?

I had a shipment take 4-5 days arrive recently and my pods arrived DOA.

John over at Reefcleaners asked for pictures to verify (keep in mind we are talking about tiny copepods). And then ghosted me after I sent him 2 pictures.

This is my first time buying from them. I have heard good things about them, but then there is this . . .

I'm confused.

John is usually very good about DOAs so this sounds unusual. I highly doubt he is ghosting you but rather is slammed with emails and with COVID shipments are being delayed DOA are fairly typical sadly. Follow-up with him in a few days

Update: I got a hold of him and he made it right.
