Copepods? How did these get here?

Saw a few little white specks on the back glass just now. Wondering what they are... If they are copepods, how did they get in?

Copepods can literally come from anything. I ended up getting some on a coral and they multiplied like mad, now I see them on the glass at all hours of the day. I could probably safely keep a Mandarin, but I won't.
