COPEPODS??? Identify help!

Just cleaning my filter sock and found about 20 of these… Are these

Those look huge. Can you lay a penny or something next to them for size reference? Pretty sure that those are amphipods which are typically larger than copepods.

I have already tossed them back in the tank and the fish immediately ate them. If they are any type of pod aren’t those good for my tank?

Awesome. Thank you! Will a mandarin eat these? I have been hesitant on getting a mandarin because I was concerned I didn’t have enough pods… Would this be the type that they need?

Yup, fish love them. I was just curious how big they really are because the photos make them look HUGE!
