I have been adding copepods to my 80 gallon system for my two leopard wrasses. In my quarantine tank I’ve got amphipods BOOMING. I’ve read amphipods will eat copepods.. so I’m nervous about adding to my display. Anyone had both do well in their tank?

Amphipods will eat copepods, but this isn’t usually an issue in an aquarium. Copepods breed quickly enough to outpace any amphipod predation, and amphipods have plenty of other food sources so they don’t exclusively consume your copepods.

They come in many flavors. These are what the ones in my tank tend to look like when they get big enough. I never notice any issues with size meaning they hurt eachother.

A little better frame of reference, that's a frag plug on its side in the corner.
