COPEPODS Or not ?

it appears to be an isopod or perhaps even an amphipod. beneficial critters nontheless. all three of these animals are typically detritvores and a free part of your CUC.
 
Yeah thank you I thought they were good but I never put any in the tank and when I looked last night there was about a thousand of them looked like little fleas running around
 
Amthipods... They acutaly eat Copepods as well so watch their numbers . I'm at the point I don't even try to save them when switching filter socks . They breed like roaches but also do a really good job at cleaning up so I have a love hate relationship for them lol

they often hitchhike on coral frags, snail shells, live rock, and essentially any other wet object put in your tank.
