Copepods or pest?

Curious if this is good or bad. I have rice like bugs and white spots on the glass at night and I see pods running in rock work. Then I have these flat guys with like a double tail. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I looked them up, those are them. I have the white kind not the red so they seem to be ok. I think I’m going to get a 6 line wrassse still just to be safe. Thanks a lot for the help!
