Copepods or ? Please help ID

Please have a look at the video, can you confirm what the white bugs are please?

They look to be eating algae but I cant be certain.

very hard to see, but if i had to guess. They look a little too large to be copepods, maybe amphipods?

These are amphipods. Technically copepods, just a little larger
