I added a 12oz Bottle of Live Tigriopus Copepods back in November and just now have see some little critters in my tank. The reason I’m skeptical is that they are just not appearing after the death of my clownfish pair.

Any help would be appreciated

Definitely not Tigger pods - those don't last long (plus, they are much smaller and red/orange/brown). Possibly isopods but could also be flatworms.
If there are less (or no) predators since you lost your clowns, whatever they are, they're just filling a new niche.

Can't see the legs in the video, but from the size/movement, I'm going with Munnid isopods. Closer to amphipod in size than copepod, but harmless detritivore/fish food in either case.
