We have a small QT tank we keep cycled with live rock, a blenny, a few snails and a cleaner shrimp. We remove the rock livestock when needing to treat a fish. It’s bare bottom for that reason.

We found these little guys on the glass today. They look like tiny shrimp to our aging eyes but wondered if they are something to worry about? Some kind of parasite?

If you can please post a pic of the aforementioned critters for a positive ID.

Looks like some sort of organic plant or maybe sponge growth.

#reefsquad what do you guys think?

I don't know what those are. They seem well attached to the glass though.Copepods will swim and move about freely.

I get algae like that and it likes to grow on the glass near my lights. Snails eat it or I just wipe it off.
