I prefer copepods from the lfs to any that are shipped; not hard to turn 500 into thousands yourself and no worries about shipping issues. But that might just be me.

Above is right about lfs. I have to drive an hour to get there but the lfs I'm going to tomorrow sells a bag( like fish come in) of reef lemonade for $10. I’m not familiar with that brand. I prefer the Reef Nutrition Tigriopus Californicus pods. I bought one 6 oz bottle in June and they have increased populations into 3 gallons full of them.

I just purchased some Rusalty cheto and they did a good job of packing it and it was larger than I expected. I have acquired pods and shrimp from Algae Barn and they are exactly as stated and packed well! I think you can't go wrong with either of these companies. If I were to choose I would DEFINITELY go Algae Barn...

Ordered Aglae Barn a few weeks ago, super impressed. Dumped in the little jar of copepod specks, and saw very little sign for a week or two, but now I can see 5-10 adult sized pods per square inch on my live rock, substrate, corals, glass...

No pictures, but they are ~1/8" long. I assume that is adult size anyways

There is some of my adult ones on my glass. All started from algaebarn 3 specie mix. Great customer service too!

My 2 jars of Poseidens Feast and two PomPoms were in my 30 gallon that went to 95 degrees today (heater failure)... We will see what happens...
