Copepods?

Suddenly have hundreds.... If not more... Of these tiny white specks. Didn't seem to move at first but then some would scurry away. But most haven't moved much... They were not there yesterday as best as I can tell.

So, I'd like to encourage their groth and reproduction. And I don't have any fish yet. Just snails, crabs, an anenome, and 2 shrimp. Should I dose some phyto? Or just leave it be?

I would let it be...dosing phyto can cause algae blooms if not done in small.doses.
