Copepods??

Not the best photo but is this a copepod there’s several all over the glass or should I be concerned

Hard to tell for sure but looks like an amphipod. They get a lot bigger than copepods, and are good to have reproducing in your tank as a food source for your fish.

I just noticed them this week could they have hitchhiked in or are they just something that grows over time in a tank you know nature

They must have hitchhiked in, nothing just appears out of nowhere. The babies are really small so it's not surprising if they hitchhiked and you didn't notice.
