Great news man. I used to purposely borrow rocks that were infected with aptasia to feed mine. He would pick them clean in a matter of hours. Amazing fish. I miss him but he has a 600 gallon tank now

Try live black worms to start it off than move onto a frozen mysis or LRS. I used to get (I believe) San Francisco Bay Brand Butterfly/Angel mix which was a frozen food but I haven't been able to find it locally that may work as well. All of my fish go nuts for the live black worms!

I watched him mysis in the store already

I haven't read this entire thread but I will say.. As far as not being aggressive eaters.. well in my case that is not true. Mine is probably the most aggressive eater in the tank. He competes with my purple tang, Achilles, powder blue and even the chromis. He's right in the mix with them every time. He also will eat from my hand and lose clams on the half shell.

Maybe I just go lucky but there are ones out there that will compete for food with the best of them

From my understanding you're really going to need it to eat more than just mysis but if it's already eating in the LFS that is a great start. I make the LFS feed any fish I am looking to purchase before I buy.
