Hello recently My LFS got 4 copper banded butterfly fish which have been there for a month now. They eat and are active, don't have any damage and are small. I have been wanting to get a copperband for a while now, and these ones are perfect candidates. I have only ever had a copper banded butterfly once before and he died two days after I got him. I just need some advice all advice helps there is no useless information all is helpful. Thanks and remember, Happy Reefing.

As long as they are eating, find out:
What they’re eating
Tank temperature
Salinity

Choose the one that interacts best with tank mates at the LFS

If you have a QT tank, I'd get the fish in there and make sure it is eating prior to going into the display. It may be eating now, but the stress from getting bagged up could get it to stop eating and the stress from competitive eaters could make it eat even less. Make sure it is eating well in your QT tank, then you can move it over. Monitor it and make sure it is eating well. You may have to do a broadcast feed and then try and do a more concentrated feeding depending on how aggressive of an eater it is at first.
