Hi , I have a 110 gallon tank Fish only with live rock. Would it be ok to treat with copper in the tank, I don't keep any corals or inverts just fish

if your using cuprimane hermits are actually pretty strong against it and you could defiantly have them after you get most the copper out also there is a few threads on this that might help you out

Depending on the rock you have in the tank, it could be difficult to maintain therapeutic as the rock will absorb copper and then start leaching it back out. So you could be in for a roller coaster trying to maintain and not only going under but going over.

I have done it no fewer than 3 times in the same 6-foot long tank, rock, sand, and all. Currently I have an Emperor Angel, Harlequin Tusk, Lunar Wrasse, Banner Fish, and others living happily in there. It “is” an unconventional approach, of course, but ‘hey!’ I used CopperSafe to about 1.75 and Hanna Checked it about every 2-3 days to not drop out of therapeutic range. Best wishes if you decide to go that route.
