Well, I just ran an API test on my QT after dosing 32% of the total recommended dose over 2 days (doing 1/6th of the total dose per day for 6 days). I can't read the API kit to save my life; I never thought I would hate a copper test kit more than Seachem!
I may try the "create a reference of copper in saltwater" at the desired concentration, photograph the color, and use that as a reference (Brew12 had a post on this, so it seemed like a great idea to me!).
Has anyone used the Red Sea copper test kit? The range looks low but it says "total copper", so I'm wondering with a precisely diluted sample that that could be a reasonable option.
