So i moved my wrasse over from copper qt to another qt with no copper or other meds this morning. Copper was at 2.15 for 14 days but now in the new tank he is breathing normal, but is jist laying in the corner of the tank and wont move. Is this normal behavior after copper treatment? He was eating fine and started to get lethargic though during the copper.

I can't really see what kind of wrasse that is but if it is a yellow Coris wrasse it needs sand! add some sand in a bowl for it

yeah. They'll just stay still on the bottom of the glass. You'll notice when they're startled or if you put your hands in the tank they'll dive to the bottom and look around for sand. Its quite stressful for them not to have sand so im glad he made it though copper.

He did very well just yesturday he started getting like that besides that i would look into the tank and he would swim right up to glass and follow me.

From what i saw yes still eating, the only thing that scared me was the laying in the corner

Welp with no luck the fish died last night...

This thread says 1.5-2.0 with copper power. I would guess that since wrasse are sensitive to copper it would make sense to go with lower end 1.5, and also ramp up over 4-5 days as suggested in this thread:
