I just treated my entire tank with copper power because last week i saw what looked like ich.Puffer stopped eating and was scratching. All of a sudden he started eating and coming out and no scratching.Well today he is eating and normal but started scratching again so i put about 3 ounces in my 75 gallon.I have a clown, scorpion and a foxface and i hope it's safe for all.My bottle didn't come with instructions so how long do i keep it in the tank.I don't have testers either.

The scratching may be flukes which they are susceptible to but a Video of at least 25 sseconds under whilte light intensity will help confirm.
Coppersafe requires a reliable test kit such as Hanna brand to confirm proper dosage of 2.25-2.5. Its not a product you can just drop in or estimate - Need to be precise. Also add oxygen via air stone during treatment and monitor water quality mainly ammonia with reliable test kit also

Listen to Vetteguy's advice above.

I'm jumping in only to add that there are a few online calculators to help you determine the dosing rates. If your water volume is truly 75gal then you are probably close to 2.0ppm, but tank capacity and water volume are often very different. You may have overshot 2.5ppm which wouldn't be good.

I've been using this calculator, but you shouldn't take that as a qualified endorsement. I'm new at this.

i'm using copper power not safe

2.0+ ppm is where you want to be for Copper Power.

That will take 1.18 mL per gallon = 88.5 mLs. 3 ounces should be right on. Hopefully there isn't any rock or sand that will absorb the meds.

I would go at least 45 days, but no shorter than a couple weeks past you seeing the last spot, since you are performing this in a display.

Copper power and coppersafe have same characteristics - Theyre chelated form which is safer

video isn't working on my end.Can it be seen or just audio?

Its audio only. Try you tube video

I can see the video.

The puffer's caudal fin is clamped, but I don't see spots or scratching on any of the fish.

i can't get a video up but this morning the puffer is scratching and darting across the tank sometimes. There isn't any spots and it didn't eat this morning.I did see it poop for the first time and it was how a puffer poops. My next question is i already have copper power in tank should i treat for flukes with general cure?or should i remove the copper.I don't wan't to rule out ich but i'm no fish dr.He just ate blood worms so what should i do.He has a itch that's for sure.
