Does anyone know the amount per gallon for copper power? I know it says a ounce per 20 gallons.

Most people use the hanna high range checker for this as you need to ensure your water is infact at theraputic levels.

according to google:
1 fluid oz. = 29.5735 ml
29.5735 / 20 = 1.478675

I was looking into this myself. BRS has a dosage recommendation on the product listing on their website also.

Do you know what the best range is? Also should the fish be gradually brought up to the “range” in the qt tank?

I measure it with a syringe. About 1 mL per gallon gets you to therapeutic, about 1.75ppm.
