If it were me all of those fish that were exposed would stay in QT until the Chromis is healed and no sign of infection.
Can you put eggcrate in there to separate the one from others to ensure no. Aggression hampering healing?

I can. But if that 1 dies and and the other ones dont get it can I assume its eradicated?

I would think if the one is not healing then there is an active infection in your tank. I’m just not sure where to go from here if one is still symptomatic

YES!!

Alright then I’d say it’s just a lingering infection, you can treat with furan 2 and kanaplex for 14 days, or source NFG.

Or if it’s not worsening you can toss in the tank and hope for the best.
