I tested my display tank with the Hanna Copper HR HI702 today a got a reading of 0.10 ppm. Is that possible if I never treated my DT with copper? Thanks in advance.

I would think it is absolutely possible. I would retest the tank to confirm the reading. What is your water source?

Tap water filtered through a BRS 7 Stage RODI zero TDS.

Per Hanna the checker's accuracy is +-.05 ppm. If it were me, I would clean the cuvette and retest the DT to verify your results before worrying about it. If you still get a reading and you are comfortable that your TDS reading is good, test some RODI and see what the checker reads.

It couldn't hurt to check any cables in the tank or sump for frays.
