Hi Everyone,

I added the copper solution to my display tank for prevention of any parasites that may harm my fish. Now I want to add back corals. Now, I've read you have to completely change the water and remove all rocks/sand then put fresh RO saltwater back and let the tank cycle. Am I wrong? or is there a better way?

I don't know of a better way. The rock and sand will absorb the copper and leach it out over time, killing your corals. Copper is not reef safe.

you can get a couple 10 gallon tanks at petco for $10. I use those to quarantine new fish before they go into the display. You can treat them with meds prior to going into your display.

At first I had corals, then decided to run fish only, now after having corals in my nuvo 10, I kinda miss having them in my reefer 250. So I regret using copper solution in my display tank. Gonna be hectic cleaning it.

Yes, hard work. You'll have to get ask the rocks and sand out. I would think you could clean everything else off with vinegar. Anything that would absorb the copper would have to go.
