Uv does not remove cp, not sure about purigen. Usually carbon, water changes, Cuprisorb, chemi pad, and metasorb are used depending on situation

I want to keep the copper in the system, not remove it. Sorry about the confusion. I’ve stopped uv and my purigen filter and I have no carbon or any of those other things you listed.
I now want to start my purigen filter again to decrease the yellowness of the water and filter the small waste. I also want to start my uv sanitizer again to control algae and kill excess bacteria and potential diseases.
Is it ok to start them both again? Or will they dramatically lower the copper.
