Copperband butterfly lying against sand

My copper band butter fly that I got a couple of weeks ago was doing fine up until this morning when I found him on his side. His pectoral fins are still moving so he’s not dead yet. What do I do!!??

Unfortunately, it’s usually too late when this happens. Is the fish in QT or your display? Any wounds, spots or anything visible?
