Copperband butterfly with broken mouth

Today I purchased a copperband and came home and added it to my qt tank, i just saw that the copperband’s mouth is damaged. Any advice on treating the damaged mouth? Right now i am feeding it live brine shrimp and it seems to be eating live brine shrimp but i will transition it to frozen food.

Hard to see in the blue but it looks like it could just be some lympho. Copperbands are very prone to this. There isn’t a treatment except good water quality and low stress.

My copperband had this, it actually grew larger. I also believe it was a form of lympho. Took a few weeks but it eventually went away on it’s own. As long as it’s eating I wouldn’t worry.

Thank you so much to you all, i fed him today morning and he seems to be active and eating. Hopefully its superficial and not a death scentence.
