So... I have 2 giant feather dusters attached to my rockwork. I also have a CBB. The CBB has been in the tank for about 3 weeks, the worms much longer. They're supposed to eat them, yet mine hasn't shown interest in them whatsoever.

I've moved some rocks around this afternoon and have a nice, darkish overhang where I'd love to place 1 or 2 large feather dusters. The 2 I have though are attached to my rocks. Trying to remove them would result in me tearing their tube off. Could I safely get 2 more without having to worry about them getting eaten? Or is it a matter of time before he decides they're tasty?

In my experience it depends on the size of both and how well you feed. From the sound of it the original two dusters are big enough that the CBB won't mess with it. It should be fine if you keep the CBB well fed so it doesn't get hungry and eat then
