Copperband butterfly

Hi all! Got this copperband butterfly recently and it is in a quarantine tank. Today I noticed that it has a few white and black specks on its fins. I don’t have a vast knowledge of fish diseases, but I was sort of thinking ich. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

It is something very typical with angels and butterfly fish known as Lymphocystis and reffered to by many as cauliflower. Its a viral condition and not disease and is often caused by poor water quality and/or diet and can be that of the water the fish was in at LFS.
Provide Good water quality and diet and this should fall off by itself in time and is Non-contageous.
Some good foods are (if its eating)- Frozen:
Bloodworms
LRS fish frenzy or Herbivore diet
Mysis shrimp
spirulina brine shrimp
small plankton
