Most lymph I've encountered are on the fins.

Keep an eye on them. See if the lumps grow in size. Watch for flashing and scratching. Cbb are more docile and won't scratch or flash aggresively as a Tang so keep a close eye.

he had a spot l day ago and it went off and this morning i saw 5 new

I see a few small spots on the fish. Could be lympho coming and going. Has the fish been prophylactically treated for flukes and or Ich/velvet?

Is it in your display or quarentine? If it's in quarentine, then I would do ttm with nfg. Then you will out run the ich if it's ich. If it's lymphs then you haven't done any harm.

The nfg is optional but I run all my butterflies through ttm with nfg because bacteria issues with butterfly's are bad these days.

he is in my display, he had lymphs before and now i think its back

I would just watch it then. Test you water and see if there something that could be stressing him out. Maybe do a water change.

My Copperband loves Easy Reefs Masstick that can be purchased from several on-line stores. I actually can feed him by hand as shown in the picture on the left. He also is good with eating Colbalt Mysis shrimp which had extra vitamins added.

I have not seen Lymphocystis come and go in a matter of days. Maybe it's possible, but I haven't seen it happen

I cant really tell from those photos but it sounds like ich based on your description of its cycle.
