Copperband Ich or Lymph

I got this Butterfly and he has spots all over his fins. Im not sure if its Ich or Lymph. These photos were taken today, 7 days into CP treatment. He is only getting more and more spots as time goes on. Not losing them which makes me thing this is lymph. Has anyone tried treating lymph with broad spectrum antibiotic? I'm thinking i might start doing daily NFG baths for a week and see what that does!

This is lympho and not uncommon with butterfly fish and large angels
This is viral and in many cases associated with poor water quality and/or diet
Water quality can be that of LFS and not necessarily yours
Assure your ammonia-nitrate-ph not elevated
What test kits are you using?
