my copperband has been doing great up until a few days ago. He eats fine but I’ve noticed him becoming very docile and just floats either in the top corner or behind a rock. He used to swim back and forth.
I cannot see any damage or signs of illness on him.

Does anyone have any advice.

Cheers

Not good, do you have a picture? that would help a lot:)

Under blue lights do not the greatest picture. Under the blue it looks like he has white patches on his side but can't see that when white lights are on

2 clowns
Sleeper goby
Fire tail goby
Royal dotty back
He used to bother the clowns and made one jump into the over flow but I’ve never seen any fish bother him.

The white patches seem bacterial in nature - which butterflies can be very susceptible to.

I've sometimes found that diseases are easier to observe / diagnose under blues, though a photo under daylights is generally more helpful here on the forums.

CBB are finicky so lighting may have throw off its scheduled. Has it always been faded past the second band like that?
It's did seem to start after I changed the lighting times but never thought that would bother him. It's been a few days now and he still isn't normal.
Yeah I got him from the lfs like that

Well an update on the copperband. Came home from work to him laying on his side at the corner of tank, still breathing so I've set up my spare tank and put him in there. Pretty sure it's to late now though
