Copperband has been in quarantine since she arrived 2 weeks ago. Eating good and everything was looking great. Yesterday she developed three spots on her tail. Also was twitching once in a while. Still eating good. Tried fresh water dip. No flukes fell off. Any ideas?

Would anyone recommend trying to cut them off or just leave them?

Lympho is a virus. Removing the white growths would not affect the virus within the fish. Best to leave them alone and feed the fish high quality foods. Highly recommend adding Zoecon liquid vitamins. It contains proteins and fats from the fish's natural environment that will help the fish's immune system to fight the largely harmless virus.

Zoecon? Is that a typo for Selcon? Not sure if there is some other vitamin supplements I am unaware of.....

Typical lympho. Fluffy white nodules on an otherwise healthy fish.

Zoecon is just another brand of fish oil and vitamin supplement.
It's more concentrated and thicker/oilier than Selcon.
Otherwise very similar. Both are good supplements for fish health.
In addition, give the fish the best water quality you can and low stress; then lympho typically clears on its own.
