COR 15 missing parts??

Hello, I’ve just received my COR 15 in the mail today and upon unboxing it seems I’m missing the fitting for the output of the pump. Every picture I see has a fitting on both the input and output but mine only has the input. Any advice??

Your COR-15 should include everything illustrated on the included Get Started Card. If it does not, simply go to our web site and submit a support ticket and we will take care of you. Make sure to check the box for a baggie of parts.

are the pieces it comes with supposed to be able to screw into the output? This is everything that was in the box and there’s nothing to screw on to the top of it other then the 1.25” union

I don’t have a screw on fitting for the smaller adapter.. does it not come with one? The picture on the get started card looks like it should.

You should have had to remove that ring to even take the pump out of the packaging. Was the box shrink wrapped when you received it?

I didn’t have to take anything apart to remove it from the box.. it was in shrink wrapping however.
