The power supply for my COR-20 died today while I was doing a water change. I put the pump in standby then noticed a VOLT error when I tried to restart it. After playing around, I noticed that the LED on the power brick wasn't coming on and got 0 Volts when I put a voltmeter on the output.

The power brick says it's 24V 4.2A (=100W). BRS has replacement power brick for the 1Link that's 24V, 5A. Does anyone know if this will this work for the COR 20?

I just had the same problem. Neptune will replace your power supply for free if your pump is still in warrantee. Otherwise they’ll sell it to you for $50. I would venture to guess though that any 24VDC power supply that can deliver 5+ amps should work with the COR-20 as long as it has the right connector.

Thanks - I got mine almost as soon as they came out, so it's beyond the warranty. Someone on the Neptune forum said the 1Link brick should work so I just ordered one. I'll update here when it arrives...

Update:
I took the old power supply apart and determined that one of the switching MOSFET transistors had blown - basically what I expected. I will say that the construction and design of the circuit board seemed to be of good quality.

I received the 1Link power supply from BRS today and it works perfectly. Attached is a picture of the label from both supplies; they're essentially the same.
